Every 2017 Jeep Wrangler comes with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that yields 285 horsepower. This power results in 260 pound-feet of torque. The standard four-wheel drive includes high and low-range gearing. Unusually short gearing and an upgraded transfer case with an extra-low crawl ratio are available on the Rubicon model. Included as a standard feature is a six-speed manual transmission with Hill Start Assist. Both Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control are optional on the five-speed automatic.

Both the two-door and four-door Wrangler body types are powered by a 3.6-liter V-6 engine with 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The Cold Weather package includes the Power Convenience Group's equipment with the addition of a convenient remote start and comfortable heated seats. <p></p> Upgrades are available for the Sport as well, with features like 17-inch alloy wheels, an air-conditioning system for the two-door version, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

Every 2017 Wrangler comes with standard features like front airbags, traction and stability control, and antilock brakes, with front side airbags being optional for all models aside from the Sport trim.
